As new home owners in Arizona, Shane and his wife Nikki were paying electric bills in excess of $650 a month for their first couple summers in Arizona. While contemplating potential solutions for their family's budgeting challenge of staying comfortable in their home, they began to explore solutions- starting with windows.
From the most expensive company in the valley, to another which promised equally if not better service and products, to a big box store, all stopping by to share their stories and their windows, Shane and Nikki were left wondering which product was right for their home, which was most efficient, and what truly was the difference between a variety of products.
The confusion in products, companies, energy efficiency levels and especially the high pressure in-home sales, which seemed to rule the industry, all lead to thoughts that there must be a more friendly, informative and better way. This was the beginning of a path in providing the Phoenix area with a window company, which without high pressure sales, focuses on providing the best customer service experience, while helping them navigate which of the many options is best for their homes, wallets and families.
